Isn't it BEAUTIFUL!!! We have the had the most perfect weather the last few days with Hurricane Sandy in North East. There have been sunny skies, low humidity and it hasn't been over 75F. We went on a walk last night and I actually needed a sweatshirt! That hasn't happened in I don't know how long! It did make me miss home and the true fall weather---with the leaves changing and crunching beneath you feet. But I will take what I can get and these past few days have been the taste of Fall I have been missing.

22 Weeks
As promised...here are some pictures of this baby growing! I feel like I have popped out overnight. I think that now is the time to put away my skinny jeans and move onto leggings! I can't even begin to express how glad I am that they are in style right now!
They are pregnancy life savers.
They are pregnancy life savers.
I am still feeling pretty good, just a little more tired. But come on! I am growing a little human inside me! That takes work! Some women say that they love being pregnant. I really can't complain. I have had it pretty easy, but I wouldn't say this is the best I have ever felt. It has been a little difficult for me to come to terms with wight gain and the belly growth. What I can say is that I am so excited for what is to come! And that I am trying to enjoy the process of

Meet Jack!
Here he is! We had the Anatomy Ultrasound last Friday and everything is looking great! At 21 weeks, he is 10 inches long and now weighs about 12 ounces. He was moving all over the place through the ultrasound. Sometimes...when I am laying in bed at night, I can feel these slight flutters and I am sure that it is him! It makes me smile every time. I have tried to have Bubba feel him moving, but he claims that he hasn't yet. Give it another few weeks and I am sure he will!
As far as pregnancy goes, I have been feeling great! I wasn't actually sick through the first trimester. A little nausea, but I never even threw up. I have occasional headaches and heartburn...just part of the pregnancy I suppose. I haven't kept up going to the gym 5 days a week, but am happy if I can make it 3 times. So far so good!
Belly pictures to come soon...

Finally Starting our Family Blog!!!
After putting this off for years, I have finally decided that now is a good time to start our own personal blog. I never really wanted to while it was just the two of us, but now with Baby Jack on the way, I think that I am ready. Since we live so far away from family and friends, I think that this will be a great way to keep you up to date on the pregnancy process and then...on our new life adventure with Baby Jack. Only 19 weeks away and he will be joining our family. Can't wait to meet him!!!
